Hosting an RLH Event can be very profitable for you and your organization. RLH charges one set fee of $1,100.00 per day and .65 cents per mile for travel round trip from Santa Rosa, CA. to the clinic location. The total fee is established when the event is booked. That fee is final unless there is a change in the contract terms that have been mutually agreed upon by Raye Lochert Horsemanship and the host.

- 2 -Day Clinic in (any subject $ 2,200.00
- Travel from Santa Rosa, Ca. to Bend OR
1,026 miles round trip $ 667.00
- Total Raye Lochert Horseman Fee $ 2,867.00
Income generated by host:
- Participant Fees ( $400.00 x 12 maximum) $ 4,800.00
- Observer Fees ( $30/Day x 20 Observers) $ 1,200.00
Total Income $ 6,000.00
Expenses:
Raye Lochert Horsemanship Fees ( $ 2,867.00 )
Facility Fee ( $ 400.00 )
Food & Beverage Costs ( $ 200.00 )
Total Profit for host or organization $ 2,533.00

Please Note: When we host our own clinics we charge $400 per participant for a two day clinic. This fee includes morning munchies, beverages all day (including coffee, tea, cider, cocoa, water or pop). Lunch and board for the participant's horse so long as the owner cleans the stall. We charge $30 per day for observers which includes lunch. we provide a 20% discount for 4-H and Pony club members. HOWEVER, as a host you set the fees for the clinic you are hosting.
